CONTROLLERS

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
Our objective is to simulate as much as possible the real operations for this it is necessary that the virtual pilots who make use of the network have a basic knowledge and as an initial requirement we recommend reading the IVAO BOOKS that you will find in our Training Section.

WHAT PROGRAM IS USED TO CONNECT?
IVAO has its own program suite developed specifically for our network, the program to connect to IVAO from your simulator (FS2004, FSX, P3D or X-Plane) is the IVAP in its different versions, you can download it here, it is accompanied by another installer who will be responsible for downloading and installing the MTLs (traffic livery) so you can see the rest of the pilots connected in the network, for the audio communications used the Teamspeak 2 Installation, it is important to mention that it must be configured with the PUSH TO TALK option.

WHERE CAN I ACCESS RESOURCES?
Once you are comfortable with your level of basic knowledge and familiar with the software, we invite you to access the mapping base you need to fly here, realize that this material is exclusively for the IVAO network and should not Be used for real flight.
RECOMMENDATION ABOUT YOUR FIRST CONNECTION AS A PILOT
Before starting as a pilot in IVAO we recommend that you enter our TeamSpeak 3 server or contact us to assist you in your first steps in the network.

Once you feel ready to make your first online flight we recommend that you start with a light aircraft preferably in an airport with moderate traffic to familiarize yourself with the procedures of the network, airports like Adami are ideal for this first connection.
